Nice hotel with clean large rooms in a quiet location.
Very large room (twin room), very clean and new condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is close to a local supermarket. The closest train stations are very central and convenient to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku and Tokyo.

The employees were all great. Very helpful and kind. The hotel is undergoing a much needed facelift so it was a bit rough around the edges but I am sure once it is all completed it will be better.

Location was great, right across from grocery store, walkable distance to station, safe area

Location is not the best but not the worse. For the price paid I think it’s worth it
The toilet, the bed, the pillows were good. The room and facilities are very new. There’s a laundry room with dryer.
There’s no housekeeping as mentioned, probably to keep the price low. We stayed for 5 nights so still ok without the housekeeping. Hotel can consider giving free housekeeping for every 3 or 4 nights stay. The balcony is sealed. We can’t step out. Can only let the air in. Will be good if there’s water dispenser.
